The Miller Agency and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Announce Joint Charity Initiative to Benefit Duval County MS Patients

The Miller Agency, a Jacksonville area firm that provides asset protection services and retirement planning assistance to families and business owners in the region, is embarking on a cooperative charity event with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to advocate for MS sufferers and their families.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disease that affects the insulation covering nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. As of now there is no known cure, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) assists those diagnosed with MS with a wide range of programs and services, as well as providing assistance to the families of MS sufferers.

?MS is a tragic disease that affects many Americans, and our goal in working with NMSS is to ensure that all MS sufferers in our community have access to the services they need to maintain a self-sufficient, dignified life," says William Miller, owner and executive manager of the Miller Agency.

Miller and his team are actively promoting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society charity event by sharing information with nearby business professionals, civic leaders, and health care practitioners over social media and email. Additional promotional efforts to the support the charity drive will include the release of a feature article on the NMSS in the Miller Agency online magazine ?Our Hometown": http://www.themilleragency.net/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.

Several charitable causes and nonprofit organizations operating in and around Jacksonville, Florida have enjoyed the support of the Miller Agency over the last few months. As members in good standing of the ?Agents of Change" nationwide charity support web, Miller and his team plan to promote new regional charity events every three months.
