Patients with skeletal muscle involvement have polymyositis (PM), and patients without muscle damage and typical skin lesions have amyopathic dermatomyositis. Dalazatide – It is formerly known as ShK-186 is a investigational drug designed to selectively target cells that cause autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease.
