TE Connectivity named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality for third year in a row

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, March 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has once again earned the highest rating on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. For the third consecutive year, TE has earned a 100 percent ranking on the CEI and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
