Halfaker and Associates, LLC, Announces Appointment of David Januchowski as Director, Health and Human Services (HHS) Programs

ARLINGTON, Va., April 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Halfaker and Associates, LLC, a technology solutions provider that supports the Federal Government’s health, intelligence, defense, and security sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Januchowski as its Director of Health and Human Services (HHS) Programs. David’s depth of experience with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), both directly as a federal employee as well as in a consulting role, makes him an ideal choice to provide strategic leadership for Halfaker’s Health and Human Services portfolio.

Prior to joining Halfaker, David served as Deputy Group Director in the Information Technology office for CMS. In this role he was responsible for strategic planning and infrastructure management of data centers and IT operations supporting national programs for CMS. Following his tenure at CMS, David continued to support CMS as a Program Vice President with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In this role, he provided senior leadership supporting CMS’s cloud transition, helping shift its applications from traditional data center hosting to the cloud.

David is uniquely qualified to offer strategic, data-driven guidance and leadership for our HHS clients, offering expertise gained over nearly four decades of working on both the federal and consulting sides of the house.
