Zynx Health Appoints Dr. Howard Willson Senior Vice President of Customer Success

LOS ANGELES, May 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Zynx Health™, market leader in providing evidence- and experience-based clinical improvement solutions since 1996, today announced that Dr. Howard Willson has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, Willson will lead customer satisfaction initiatives that deliver maximum value to Zynx Health clients.

Over the past 20 years, Willson has worked in clinical operations on the hospital side, as well as consumerism on the employer side. Prior to Zynx Health, he was the head of clinical strategy at Castlight Health, a San Francisco–based public company that pioneered healthcare transparency and decision support for consumers. While at Castlight, Willson led the clinical development for most of the organization’s health navigation products.

Prior to joining Castlight, Willson served as department chief of emergency medicine at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, the largest health system in the Pacific Northwest. He is also co-founder of a company that developed an automated process for emergency department facility coding. Willson holds an MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a BA from Dartmouth College.
