DENVER, May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Healthcare Learning Innovations, a healthcare education technology organization that creates immersive gamified learning for nurses and healthcare professionals, today announced “Webinar Wednesday with Healthcare Learning Innovations,” a three-part series in which attendees will be able to experience the organization’s virtual clinical simulations and scenarios.

The first webinar, focused on community and population health nursing, will be held on May 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. ET. Subsequent webinars on May 22nd and May 29th will cover leadership, patient management and delegation, and prioritizing patient care. The 30-minute presentations will feature guided “tours” of Sentinel City® and Sentinel Town® virtual simulations as well as other virtual clinical scenarios and show how learners interact with these online nursing education assignments.

Healthcare Learning Innovations e-learning solutions drive competency-based learning using gamified, adaptive teaching methodologies. They are ideal for various nursing courses, capstone projects, hospital new nurse residency programs and more. Content has been developed in collaboration with nurse education experts and maps to AACN BSN Essentials, QSEN Competencies, and NCLEX categories. Applicable in online and classroom learning environments, the assignments are built to complement didactic learning and prepare students for clinical rotations, exams, new nurse or nurse management roles.

Numerous features developed specifically for nurse educators, including assignments, grading rubrics, auto-grading, reporting and a faculty guide, allow instructors to better manage their time and focus on student needs.
