ZeOmega Names Dr. Trisha Swift Vice President of Clinical Transformation

Swift, who brings deep experience in health system design and value-based care (VBC), will focus on building strategies and services that build on the capabilities inherent in ZeOmega’s Jiva platform.

Additionally, she is the founder of MeritLinkx Healthcare Consulting, an advisory firm who guides clients through the transition from volume to value and the journey to high reliability.
