(OTCQB:RSLS), a developer of minimally invasive medical devices to treat obesity and metabolic diseases, announced today Scott Youngstrom will resign as Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2019, per his retention agreement. Mr. Youngstrom, who is leaving for personal reasons, has agreed to assist in helping to find his replacement and in the orderly transition of his CFO responsibilities.
