ITOCO Signs Agreement with ASOCANNABIS to Develop an Academic Curriculum on the Medical Use of Cannabis

(“ITOCO” or the “Company”) (OTC PINK:ITMC) today announced that its Colombian subsidiary, ITOCO BIOMED SAS (“ITOCO BIOMED”) has signed an agreement (the “Agreement”) with the ASOCIACION INTERNACIONAL DE INDUSTRIAS Y CULTIVADORES DEL CANNABIS (ASOCANNABIS) to jointly develop an academic curriculum on the medicinal use of cannabis.
