Townhouse & Cold Spring Hills Rehab Centers Install VOCSN State-of-the-Art Multi-Function Ventilators for Best in Integrated Medical Care

Partnership between Philosophy Care Centers, TwinMed, and Ventec Life Systems to provide access to one-of-a-kind Integrated Respiratory Care for Nearly 200 Ventilator Users

BOTHELL, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#VOCSN—Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing and Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, both part of the Philosophy Care Centers network, have committed to transitioning traditional ventilator equipment to VOCSN Multi-Function Ventilators in order to provide best-in-class respiratory care for all ventilator users. VOCSN is the first and only device that combines five pieces of respiratory equipment – Ventilator, Oxygen Concentrator, Cough, Suction, Nebulizer – into a single, portable device to deliver integrated respiratory care.

VOCSN will enable the 40-bed Townhouse and 39-bed Cold Spring Hills to provide caregivers and patients portability, cost-savings, and the clinical benefits of integrated respiratory care while also bridging the technology divide between hospital and home. Townhouse completed the transition to VOCSN this month, and Cold Spring Hills will transition in January 2020. The facilities are the first of several planned upgrades for Philosophy Care Centers as part of a multimillion-dollar capital improvement to improve patient care and aesthetics.
