Leo Sheridan, CEO of Advanced Group, Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2020 Staffing 100 List

The award celebrates notable individuals whose impact on the workforce solutions ecosystem elevates the industry and drives its evolution.

Under Sheridan’s leadership, 2019 was another growth year for Advanced Group with the successful expansion into two new vertical markets – digital technology and health technology – and a growing client roster that now totals more than 900. Sheridan also co-founded Purpose Workforce Solutions, a shared value initiative in partnership with Chicago business, education and community leaders that focuses on connecting low-income youth and recent minority college graduates with career opportunities.

Sheridan is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, encouraging the entire organization to practice “conscious inclusion,” and participate in the firm’s training programs. He is a driving force behind Advanced Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which help make a difference in the lives of underserved youth. He is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Gender Parity Collective, a consortium of healthcare and life-sciences companies dedicated to accelerating gender parity. In addition, Sheridan was named the Chairman of the American Staffing Association Board in October 2019.
