CPSI Announces 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders Will Be Held in Virtual Format Only

MOBILE, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$CPSI–CPSI (NASDAQ: CPSI), a community healthcare solutions company, announced a change in location for CPSI’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) via the filing of additional proxy materials today, April 1, 2020, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

CPSI’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. (Central Time). Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), and to support the health and safety of the Company’s directors, employees and stockholders, CPSI will hold its Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only to provide a consistent and convenient experience to all stockholders, regardless of location.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2020, can attend the Annual Meeting virtually via the Internet. In order to attend the Annual Meeting, you must register in advance at www.proxydocs.com/CPSI prior to the deadline of Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Upon completing registration, attendees will receive further instructions via email, including unique links that will allow attendees to access the meeting, vote online and submit questions.

CPSI urges stockholders to vote and submit their proxies in advance of the Annual Meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting.
