(“Keros”) (NASDAQ:KROS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of novel treatments for patients suffering from hematological and musculoskeletal disorders with a high unmet medical need, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $96.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Keros. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Keros. In addition, Keros has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Keros’ common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on April 8, 2020 under the symbol “KROS”. The offering is expected to close on or about April 13, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
