In March, the company fast-tracked production of Essentials, responding to heightened demand for ways to keep elders safer, more connected to their family and professional care teams, and living independently.

Orders are now being taken for Essentials; shipping mid-August, includes:

• Aloe Care’s proprietary Smart Hub with voice-activated access to 24/7 professional emergency response and built-in motion, temperature and air quality sensors;

A recent New York Times investigation reported that deaths related to COVID-19 in long-term care facilities account for more than 42 percent of the country’s pandemic fatalities, and noted nursing home populations are at a high risk of being infected, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
