Experienced Product Strategist Will Serve in Newly Created Role as Chief Product Officer
ALPHARETTA, Ga.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ciox, a leading health technology company, today announces Nick Giannasi as its Chief Product Officer. Giannasi will oversee a cross-company team focused on extending Ciox’s industry-leading digitally enabled provider network and developing innovative data products that address the most pressing use cases of Ciox’s Payor, Provider and Life Sciences customers. Giannasi and his team will be guided by Ciox’s vision of empowering greater health by simply and securely connecting healthcare decision makers with the data and hidden insights contained in the patient medical record.
Giannasi’s new role will accelerate increased value to Ciox’s customers through cross-business and functional alignment. He will provide strategic direction and further establish Ciox’s product vision while overseeing the execution of product planning and design across the company’s varied clinical data initiatives.

Nick joins Ciox from Change Healthcare, where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief AI Officer, Chief Data Officer and SVP of data sciences and product management. He defined and led the execution of strategy for applied Artificial Intelligence that drove significant business impact and led the company’s enterprise-wide data quality and life-cycle management. Prior to Change Healthcare, Nick served as Vice President of Life Sciences Product Strategy at Oracle, where his team delivered significant business growth and oversaw a change from a premises-based to a subscription cloud-based business model through innovative product development and partnerships with key customers.
Nick earned his Ph.D. in Molecular, Behavioral and Morphological Evolution from the University of Wales and performed post-doctoral research under a Leverhulme Fellowship with Novartis.
