RESTON, Va., Aug. 26, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Clinical Education Alliance (CEA) Holdings company today announced that it has entered into definitive agreement to acquire ProCE, a nationally recognized provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals CME/CE, primarily focused on pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

CEA represents a growing alliance of CME/CE and service organizations that together improve patient care through the delivery clinically relevant, evidence-based educational activities and turnkey solutions. This alliance, consisting of Clinical Care Options®, LLC (CCO) and Practicing Clinicians Exchange (PCE), now welcomes ProCE as the newest strategic partner in this CEA evolution.

“We are thrilled to join CEA.
