1933 Industries Announces Fiscal 2020 AGM Results

Shareholders approved each of the following matters:

1. Fixing the number of directors on the board at Six (6);
2. Electing each of the following directors:
   • Mark Baynes
   • Lisa Capparelli
   • Brian Farrell
   • Paul Rosen
   • D. Richard Skeith
   • Terry Taouss;
3. Appointing Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditor of the Company for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2019 at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
