Dr. Raymond Rezaie Provides Tips to Help Decrease Your Chances of Getting Coronavirus

Dr. Raymond Rezaie Offers Practical Tips to Help Decrease Your Chances of Getting COVID-19

MONTREAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / January 25, 2021 / As Coronavirus cases continue to increase, Dr. Raymond Rezaie, a general practitioner with over 16 years of experience, wants to help remind you of some practical tips that can help you to decrease your chances of getting COVID-19. Here are three of the tips that you should follow to help decrease your chances of getting this virus.

Dr. Raymond Rezaie Recommends Being Cautious In Public Places

Dr. Raymond Rezaie says that one of the best ways to decrease your chances of getting COVID-19 is to be cautious when you are in public places. There are a number of ways you can be cautious and proactive at limiting your exposure, including wearing a mask when you are out in public, using sanitizing wipes to clean shopping carts and baskets, washing your hands, or using hand sanitizer after touching surfaces in public, and maintaining at least six feet of social distance when you are in public places, such as public transportation or grocery stores.

Dr. Raymond Rezaie States, You Need to Avoid Touching Your Face When You Are Out and About

Dr. Raymond Rezaie says that another vital tip to help reduce your odds of getting Coronavirus is to avoid touching your face when you are out and about. Do not rub your eyes, scratch your nose or chew your fingernails. Placing your hands in or around your eyes, nose, and mouth when your hands are dirty can lead to spreading a number of viruses, including COVID-19.

Dr. Raymond Rezaie Says Cleaning High-Touch Surfaces Regularly Is Important

The final tip that Dr. Raymond Rezaie recommends helping minimize the spread of COVID-19 is to regularly clean your high-touch surfaces. This includes doorknobs and handles, countertops, and even your cell phone. Anything that you touch often should be disinfected using products that have been shown to kill the Coronavirus, such as bleach, Lysol or Clorox wipes. The virus can live up to three days on certain surfaces, so regularly sanitizing and cleaning is important to wipe out this virus.

Dr. Raymond Rezaie states that being cautious in public places, not touching your face when you are out and about, and routinely cleaning your high-touch surfaces are some of the best tips for you and your family to follow to help decrease your chances of getting Coronavirus. Unfortunately, though, you cannot prevent getting it entirely. As such, it is important to avoid going out and get a test if you have been exposed to the virus and/or if you are showing any symptoms associated with the virus. This will help to decrease the spread and help keep others safe.

These Tips Can Help Lessen Your Chances of Getting Coronavirus, but not prevent it entirely.
