MARKHAM, Ontario, Feb. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Extendicare Inc. (“Extendicare” or the “Company”) (TSX: EXE) announced that it has declared a cash dividend of C$0.04 per common share of the Company (the “Common Share”) for the month of February 2021, which is payable on March 15, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2021. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
