The Exym Engage experience brings a robust set of features that providers can use to provide consistent mental health and human services both in-person and remotely, with new workflows designed to help comply with the new CURES Act requirements for making records accessible to patients upon request.

• Communicate with clients between sessions through secure messaging that doesn’t expose any staff’s personal phone numbers or email addresses. All communication history is saved so it can be accessed in the future.
• Retrieve the records clients requested electronically. Telehealth and secure messaging with HIPAA-compliant document exchange are powered by Mend and supported by their incredible bi-lingual support staff to help patients with any questions.
