Dr. Rico has over 20 years of experience in early and late-stage dermatology drug development, product launch, and drug safety.

Dr. Rico holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, an MD from the University of Florida College of Medicine, and an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
