NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 21, 2021 / Blockchain Pharmaceuticals today completed development on its first layer of blocks in developing a Platform as a Service or PaaS, online scientific community, and Fractionalized Intellectual Property NFT Marketplace for Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property for scientists, developers, and engineers in the pharmaceutical, life science, and nutrition science industry.
