Recognized by Health Data Management as one of the U.S.’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Health IT, Ms. Gaines brings over 30 years of healthcare experience focused on quality, engagement, and clinical operations across the care continuum. She most recently served as chief nursing officer and clinical transformation leader at Philips NV, supporting customer adoption of advanced population health management solutions and strategies. Before Philips, she served as the chief operating officer and president of administration for Borgess Health in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
