Zipari Bolsters C-Suite with Two Veteran Hires

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Zipari, the company behind the first and only Consumer Experience Platform built specifically for health insurance, announced today the addition of Matthew Crumley as Chief Financial Officer and Julie Coviello as Chief Customer Officer.

Crumley and Coviello arrive on the heels of Zipari’s strategic growth investment from leading private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo and subsequent acquisition of HealthX—both of which have enabled Zipari to extend the leading CX platform and solutions for health insurance payers and third-party administrators of all sizes.

With in-depth knowledge of the health insurance space, Coviello has become a data-driven leader who cultivates an environment of ongoing progress and growth for the business and the team. For example, Coviello most recently led a high-touch client experience organization, providing client success, software implementation and support services, professional services, and client education, growing incremental service revenue year over year from new and existing service offerings.

Julie will oversee professional services and customer support as well as partner with integrators and channel partners to expand Zipari’s delivery capabilities. Julie will have an immediate impact on the value and business outcomes clients are able to achieve by utilizing Zipari’s customer experience solutions.

Crumley has also led financial planning and analysis, corporate collaboration, debt and equity financings, business intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and domestic and international corporate reporting, tax, treasury, IS/IT, customer success and HR.
