ANCILE partners with KLAS Research for Disrupting Traditional Software Training First Look Report

ELKRIDGE, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#EHR—ANCILE Solutions, the company behind the market-leading Digital Learning Platform uPerform^®, was featured in the KLAS^® First Look report on Disrupting Traditional Software Training released today. The report recognizes ANCILE’s high scoring performance based on an independent survey of clients who use uPerform to provide digital training and in-application support for their electronic health record (EHR).

ANCILE received A- to A+ performance ratings across all four customer experience categories included in the report – product has needed functionality, supports integration goals, executive involvement, and the likelihood of referrals. In addition to a 100% overall customer satisfaction rating, every respondent agreed they would purchase uPerform again. Eighty-eight percent of the clients interviewed witnessed significant and impactful outcomes within six months.
