Celularity Appoints Bradley Glover, Ph.D. as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Pharmaceutical industry veteran brings more than 20 years of business and technical operations experience across various commercial and development products

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., May 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Celularity Inc. (“Celularity”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company leading the next evolution in cellular medicine with the development of off-the-shelf allogeneic therapies derived from the postpartum human placenta, announced today the appointment of Bradley Glover, Ph.D., a global business and technical operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. At Celularity, Dr. Glover will be responsible for leading all aspects of Celularity’s technical operations, including process development, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, facilities and engineering, and strategy and business operations for commercial products and clinical pipeline programs.

Dr. Glover joins Celularity from Kite Pharma, where he has held several executive roles in Corporate Development and Technical Operations and was responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership of corporate strategy, corporate program and portfolio management, technical operations strategy, CMC program management and business operations. Prior to this position, he held multiple senior roles of increasing responsibility at Genentech and Roche, including positions in Alliance Management, Strategy, Finance and was the head of the business and supply chain operations at the Oceanside biologics facility.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Glover held a number of additional senior roles at a variety of companies, including Biosite, Amgen Ventures and Illumina.

Dr. Glover earned his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of California San Diego (UCSD), his doctorate from the University of Colorado in biochemistry and molecular genetics and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at UCSD. He was also a Jane Coffin Childs Medical Research Fellow at the University of California Berkeley.
