Relay Medical Announces Results of Special Meeting; Name Change Approved

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 20, 2021) – Relay Medical Corp. (CSE: RELA) (OTCQB: RYMDF) (FSE: EIY2) (“Relay” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce the results of its special meeting of shareholders (the “Special Meeting” or “Meeting“) held on Monday, September 20, 2021.

All matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved as follows:

1. the approval of the amendment to the articles of amendment of the Company, to change its name to such name as the directors of the Company, in their sole discretion, may determine and as may be acceptable to the Director appointed under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).

The Company held a Special Meeting to approve a Name Change as the Company’s core competencies and product offerings have organically grown beyond the medical device industry, and this expansion into new industries and businesses will be reflected in the Name Change. The Company’s new name will more aptly and effectively communicate the business and its commercial verticals.
