(CSE: PSYG | OTCQB: PSYGF) (“Psyence” or the “Company”), a life science biotechnology company pioneering the use of natural psychedelics in mental health and well-being, is pleased to announce that, effective today, its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB® Venture Market (the “OTCQB”) under the symbol “PSYGF”.
The OTCQB is a U.S. trading platform operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc. The Company has also applied for Depository Trust Company (DTC) eligibility which would greatly simplify the process of trading the Company’s common shares in the U.S.
