Kerri Swope Joins ESO as Chief Customer Officer
Swope brings years of experience leading customer-centric organizations
AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ESO, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals, state and federal agencies, today announced Kerri Swope as Chief Customer Officer. Swope brings nearly 20 years of experience leading domestic and global teams focused on operations and customer satisfaction. In her role at ESO, Swope will be responsible for building and cultivating a world-class customer service team dedicated to creating great customer experiences across the entire customer journey.

Prior to ESO, Swope was Head of Customer Operations at Gusto, where she led the customer operations team, including onboarding and issue resolution for more than 200,000 customers. Before Gusto, she spent many years at Care.com, moving into senior leadership roles focused on developing and providing operational and customer service excellence. Swope received her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She received a BBA and BA in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
