(“Vaxil” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: VXL), an innovative biotech company announces that the board of directors of the Corporation has appointed Zeifmans LLP as the Corporation’s new auditor, replacing MNP LLP. Vaxil has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor in respect of this change under its profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
