Allows remote physiologic and therapeutic monitoring to be prescribed from the EHR system
ATLANTA & NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#RPM—Telemetrix, the premier provider of remote patient monitoring solutions, announced a partnership with Rx.Health, a leading clinical intelligence and automation platform company. The partnership will allow healthcare providers to prescribe remote physiological monitoring (RPM) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) from within the electronic health record. RPM and RTM are fully reimbursed Rx.Health automated digital care pathways and RPM devices such as Withings’ health monitors can be prescribed directly from the electronic health record.
As COVID-19 has filled hospitals to capacity, it has brought to the forefront the need for other patient monitoring options for both COVID-19 and other patients. While there are many device and systems providers in the marketplace, Telemetrix is uniquely positioned to enable this partnership, since the platform is device-agnostic and provides full EPIC integration and end-to-end monitoring capabilities.
