(TSXV:BTI; OTCQB:BIOAF), (the “Company” or “Bioasis”), a biopharmaceutical company developing its proprietary xB3™ platform technology for the delivery of therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier (“BBB”) and the treatment of central nervous system (“CNS”) disorders in areas of high unmet medical need, including brain cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed by requisite majority at its annual general meeting (“AGM”) held earlier today in New Haven, Conn., United States.
The five incumbent directors, Dr. Deborah A. Rathjen, John E. Curran, David M. Wurzer, Dr. Mario Saltarelli and Mr. John Hemeon were re-elected to the Board by shareholders. The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year.
