Dentsply Sirona Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. (“Dentsply Sirona”) (Nasdaq: XRAY), announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.44 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2022 to holders of record as of December 31, 2021.
