Intellipharmaceutics Mourns the Death of Valued Board Member Kenneth Eugene Keirstead

(OTCQB:IPCIF) and (TSX:IPCI) (“Intellipharmaceutics” or the “Company”), a pharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development and manufacture of novel and generic controlled-release and targeted-release oral solid dosage drugs, announced today with great sadness that Kenneth Keirstead, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has passed away.
