JFK Health ACO Selects Healthmote as Remote Patient Monitoring / Remote Physiological Monitoring Provider, to Improve Outcomes for Patients with Chronic Conditions

The RPM program will utilize cellular and bluetooth connected monitoring devices including, blood pressure monitors, weight scales and pulse oximeters.
