American Family Care Names New Vice President of Franchise Development

Nation’s Largest Urgent Care Provider Appoints Paige Robinson to Lead Expansion Efforts

BIRMINGHAM, AL / ACCESSWIRE / May 25, 2022 / American Family Care (AFC), the nation’s leading provider of urgent care, occupational medicine, and accessible primary care, is thrilled to announce Paige Robinson as its new Vice President of Franchise Development.

Paige is no stranger to the AFC brand. She began her career with the healthcare powerhouse seven years ago as the Director of National Sales and Marketing. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Franchise Development.

In her new position as Vice President, Robinson looks to build on the company’s momentum toward its aggressive growth goals – goals that have garnered a 132% increase in franchises sold in 2021 over the previous year.

“AFC’s vision is to become one of the most widely known and admired brands in healthcare, and I believe that we’re well on our way to meeting that target,” says Robinson. “I’m filled with gratitude every day to be a part of the healthcare revolution and enjoy the time that I get to spend developing candidates and sharing about our incredible brand.”

Robinson will oversee the AFC franchise development team as it spearheads growth in new markets, supports existing franchisees, and identifies new franchise partners who align with the brand’s mission for success.

“Paige possesses an extensive level of knowledge, expertise, and a passion for the future of our franchise,” says Dr. Bruce Irwin, Founder and CEO of AFC. “We are grateful to have her leading our franchise development team and thrilled that this promotion came from within our own ranks.”

AFC marks its 40th anniversary in June. The brand recently celebrated a franchise development milestone with the opening of its 200th franchise location. AFC is projected to open 32 more locations in 2022. Combined with its 77 corporate-owned clinics, AFC will open its 300th location later this year and is projected to have 500 locations in the coming years.
