This partnership enables orthopedic ASCs to access a centralized purchasing system, creating further efficiencies in operations and patient care

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–HST Pathways, the leading provider of end-to-end software solutions for the ambulatory surgery center industry (ASC), and Advantien, the leading provider of innovative ASC supply chain solutions, have partnered to help ASCs further streamline their implant purchasing systems.

HST Pathways is a leader in ASC cloud-based technology with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. As part of this partnership, HST and Advantien will be providing a free implant spending report to any interested HST customer. By leveraging both HST Pathways and Advantien, the centralized purchasing solution simplifies daily tasks associated with implant purchasing, freeing ASC staff to focus on efficient operations and improving patient outcomes.

“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with the team at HST Pathways and provide their ASC customer base with access to Advantien’s innovative implant management solutions,” said Tim Burney, CEO of Advantien. “Implant management operations are an extremely high cost to ASCs, and this partnership provides the opportunity to offer very meaningful and significant savings to the ASC industry.”

“Visibility and optimization of implant costs is regularly highlighted as a top need for our ASC clients. We’re excited to partner with Advantien, a leader in ASC supply chain optimization and look forward to bringing their solutions and valuable benefits to our ASC customers, their facilities, and their patients,” said David Thawley, CEO of HST Pathways. “Advantien’s expertise in implant analytics aligns well with HST’s mission to help ASCs leverage technology and innovation to optimize their business, while delivering high-quality patient outcomes.”
