Trella Health Enhances Investment in Customer Success with New Hire and Promotion

The post- acute market leader continues to prioritize the success of their customers with additional leadership for their customer experience team

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Trella Health, the leader in post-acute market data, CRM, and EHR integrations, has appointed and promoted new leadership to execute the company’s vision and direction for its customer experience team. Andy Powell, previously Vice President of Customer Success, has been promoted to Senior VP of Customer Experience, and Bernie Segura has joined the Trella team as the VP of Customer Success.

Segura brings more than 20 years of domestic and international business experience, leading customer-facing teams to expand client partnerships and implement operational processes to scale the support of large and one-to-many customer engagements. Prior to joining Trella, Segura worked with several companies to grow their SaaS businesses around the globe in customer success roles.

With Segura’s appointment, Powell’s new role as SVP of Customer Experience will confront more organizational challenges that can arise as the company continues to grow.
