(“ISS”) and Glass Lewis have recommended that Catalyst stockholders vote FOR all of the Company’s nominees on the WHITE proxy card in advance of Catalyst’s upcoming 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), scheduled to be held on August 15, 2022.
