(Nasdaq: ALIM) (“Alimera”), a global pharmaceutical company whose mission is to be invaluable to patients, physicians, and partners concerned with retinal health and maintaining better vision longer, today announced that it has agreed to an amendment to its existing loan and security agreement with its debt facility partner, SLR Investment Corp (“SLR”) to extend the interest-only period through March 31, 2023 with the possibility of extending to July 1, 2023.
