CancerVAX Launches $10 Million Funding Round

Proceeds from the SEC qualified Reg A+ offering will allow the Company to continue work on its breakthrough cancer treatments

LEHI, Utah, June 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CancerVAX, Inc., developer of a breakthrough universal cancer vaccine that will use the body’s immune system to fight cancer, today announced that it recently launched a funding round of up to $10 million. Proceeds from the SEC qualified Reg A+ offering will allow the Company to continue work on its breakthrough cancer treatments.
