HeartSciences Signs Distribution Agreement with MedPhy Technologies, Mumbai, India

Southlake, TX, Sept. 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. d/b/a HeartSciences (Nasdaq: HSCS; HSCSW) (“HeartSciences” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (AI)-based medical technology company focused on transforming ECGs/EKGs to save lives through earlier detection of heart disease, today announced that it has extended its distribution channel through a new distribution agreement with MedPhy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Mumbai, India.

MedPhy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will serve as HeartSciences most recent Distributorship fulfilling the role of both importer and distributor. Their network will provide HeartSciences with market representation across India once full product rollout has begun.
