BioNxt Solutions Announces Change of Directors

(“BioNxt” or the “Company“) (CSE:BNXT)(OTCQB:XPHYF)(FSE:4XT), announces that Per Thoresen and Peter Damouni have resigned as directors of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Thoresen and Mr. Damouni for their contributions to the Company.

The Company is pleased to also announce that Joseph Meagher, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a director of the Company to fill one of the vacancies.
