Philadelphia-area franchise owner transitions to new executive role

Bess’ entrepreneurial spirit was sparked early on, launching his first venture, an internet company, straight from his college dorm room. After running that company for seven years, he transitioned to the wireless cellphone retail sector, managing over 100 outlets with a robust team of more than 800 employees nationwide. After a short retirement, Bess decided to jump into the franchising world in the healthcare space with QC Kinetix, driven by a desire to help change lives.
