Philadelphia-area franchise owner transitions to new executive role

After running that company for seven years, he transitioned to the wireless cellphone retail sector, managing over 100 outlets with a robust team of more than 800 employees nationwide. After a short retirement, Bess decided to jump into the franchising world in the healthcare space with QC Kinetix, driven by a desire to help change lives.
