With Onboard Health, Blackman advised organizations on sustainable use of health technology, helped companies foster diverse and inclusive leadership, and provided executive search and strategic advisory services. Blackman brings a wealth of experience from collaborations with notable companies like Rock Health, the American Medical Association, Johnson & Johnson and Verily. He works across asset classes—from startups to large public organizations.
