Scientific Industries Announces Industry Veteran, John Nicols, as New Board Member and Chairman of Scientific Bioprocessing Inc.

BOHEMIA, NY / ACCESSWIRE / March 8, 2024 / Scientific Industries, Inc. (“SI”) (OTCQB:SCND) announced the appointment of John Nicols to the Board of Directors of SI and Chairman of its wholly, owned subsidiary, Scientific Bioprocessing Inc. (“SBI”), effective March 4, 2024. Mr. Nicols replaces Mr. John A. Moore as Chairman of SBI.
