FendX Announces Webinar on April 11, 2024 to Showcase Recent Achievements and Provides Corporate Update

(CSE: FNDX) (OTCQB: FDXTF) (FSE: E8D) (the “Company” or “FendX“), a nanotechnology company developing surface protection coatings to reduce the spread of pathogens, announces that Dr. Carolyn Myers, CEO of FendX, will be participating in a shareholder webinar, hosted by IR Labs, on Thursday April 11, 2024 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT to provide an overview of the Company, discuss products in development and recent achievements. The webinar will be geared towards current institutional and individual shareholders and others interested in learning more about the Company. The Company also announces that further to the Company’s press release on March 25, 2024 which announced the completion of a second closing of the non-brokered private placement (the “Offering“), raising $1.5 million to date, and further upsizing of the Offering to accommodate increased demand, the Company intends to complete its non-brokered private placement by on or about the end of April 2024.
