1933 Industries Extends Expiry Date of Warrants
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 5, 2024 / 1933 Industries Inc. (the “Company” or “1933 Industries”) (CSE:TGIF)(OTCQB:TGIFF), a Nevada-focused cannabis cultivator and producer, announces that it reached an agreement to amend the expiry date of its outstanding 3,700,000 warrants (the “Warrants”), from June 13, 2024, to November 9, 2025. The Warrants were originally issued on November 9, 2020, and have an exercise price of $0.075. The exercise price and all other terms of the Warrants will remain in full force and effect.
