We discovered unauthorized access on our network that occurred on or around April 8, 2024.

What We Are Doing

Upon discovery, Woodfords took immediate action and enlisted the help of experts, retaining outside counsel and IT forensic specialists, to determine the cause and extent of the incident. As a result of these efforts, we were able to continue our day-to-day operations uninterrupted.

What Information Was Involved

Although our investigation remains ongoing, we concluded that a limited amount of personally information may have been removed from our network in connection with the incident, including full names and one or more of the following: addresses, medical records, and other data related to patient care. We have no evidence at this time that any information was misused.

As a general matter, we encourage everyone to employ best security practices, including monitoring credit reports and financial statements. We also remind everyone you are entitled to one free credit report annually from the each of the three major credit reporting bureaus, TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
